感染艾滋病毒初期，身上可出現(xiàn)皮疹，通常不癢。艾滋病毒是艾滋病的病原體，一般通過不潔的性行為性接觸感染。人體感染艾滋病毒后，多數(shù)人可能在感染后的2~4周左右出現(xiàn)一些非特異性癥狀，表現(xiàn)類似于普通感冒，主要有頭痛、咽痛、乏力、發(fā)燒，甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)相關(guān)的皮疹。
皮疹多種多樣，包括玫瑰疹、丘疹、斑疹或蕁麻疹等。通常無太多自我感覺，不痛不癢，且經(jīng)過2~4周不經(jīng)治療即可消退。平均經(jīng)過8~10年后患者會進(jìn)入艾滋病期，此時(shí)可出現(xiàn)多種皮膚損害，常見有瘙癢性皮疹，且為頑固性瘙癢。
