腸絞痛主要表現(xiàn)為陣發(fā)性腹痛，每次發(fā)作時間3-5分鐘，間隔時間在幾分鐘到數(shù)十分鐘。寶寶出現(xiàn)陣發(fā)性哭鬧并難以安撫，而且在夜間多見，有時還會伴有面部漲紅、腹部脹滿、雙腿彎曲等癥狀。
同時可以觀察最近寶寶的大便性狀是不是有改變，比如拉的是稀水便或黏液便，則可以考慮有腹瀉的癥狀，也可伴有陣發(fā)性腸絞痛。
寶寶如果經(jīng)常腸絞痛，可以在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下使用藥物進(jìn)行治療，如丁桂兒臍貼，其中含有丁香、肉桂等中藥，具有健脾溫中、散寒止瀉、行氣止痛的功效，能夠改善腸絞痛的癥狀，同時從根本上強(qiáng)健脾胃。
