糞便隱血試驗陽性意義

糞便隱血試驗又叫潛血試驗，陽性說明這個標(biāo)本里頭有血。隱血試驗可以見于近血，結(jié)腸、直腸還有痔瘡出血等，還有很大一部分是上消化道出血，包括膽道、胰腺部位的出血。當(dāng)然，有時候會有假陽性，就比方說口腔出血咽下去，吃一些鐵劑補充造血原料，都可能隱血試驗陽性。
糞便隱血試驗取糞便盡量要挑可疑有病的位置留檢，像柏油便就要取典型的柏油便的位置，而不是取成形便的位置。是血便的時候，糞便表面可能附帶一些血液，那就要挑色紅的有血的位置，才能夠得出更準(zhǔn)確的陽性的結(jié)果，否則會有假陰性的嫌疑。
