常見的并發(fā)癥包括有：
1、術(shù)后后期出現(xiàn)感染，主要和局部的消毒不嚴格有關(guān)和病人在額頭部位有局部感染灶，早期沒有及時進行處理有關(guān)。
2、術(shù)后出現(xiàn)出血、血腫等情況，比如在手術(shù)操作中有血管出血，沒有及時的進行處理。
術(shù)后可能出現(xiàn)：
1、豐額頭效果不滿意，沒達到預(yù)期，此時可以將假體取出，再次進行假體豐額頭手術(shù)。
2、術(shù)后可能出現(xiàn)假體移位，影響到額頭形狀，此時也需要再次進行手術(shù)，才能取得較好效果。
