梅毒一般在4~6周左右可以查出來。
一般是通過抽血查梅毒的抗體，來判斷患者是否感染了梅毒。從感染到免疫系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生足夠的可以被檢測到的抗體，是需要一定時間的（窗口期），大多數(shù)人都是經(jīng)過4~6周左右。但是每個人的時間長短不一樣。有的人免疫反應(yīng)比較迅速，可能2~3周就能測到；也有人可能免疫功能異常，需要更長時間，有的甚至需要12周才能檢測到。
所以對于高度懷疑感染了梅毒的患者，如果暫時檢測梅毒的抗體是陰性，建議推遲幾周再重復(fù)檢測，如果三個月的時候檢測還是陰性，就可以完全排除梅毒感染的可能了。
