視網(wǎng)膜裂孔進(jìn)行激光封閉，主要目的就是要封閉視網(wǎng)膜裂孔，防止進(jìn)一步玻璃體牽拉，造成視網(wǎng)膜脫離等更嚴(yán)重的眼病。
視網(wǎng)膜裂孔型激光封閉以后，應(yīng)該注意患者要避免提重物，要注意多休息，可以遠(yuǎn)望，要避免疲勞，避免就短暫時間內(nèi)的實(shí)力，盡量要多休息。進(jìn)行視網(wǎng)膜裂孔以后患者都進(jìn)行了散瞳，所以患者短期內(nèi)避免在強(qiáng)烈的陽光下活動，待瞳孔恢復(fù)正常以后再進(jìn)行日常的活動。
視網(wǎng)膜裂孔激光封閉，封閉術(shù)后要及時的進(jìn)行復(fù)查，要檢查裂孔周圍的激光斑是否確切，裂孔封閉的是否完整，要防止液體進(jìn)入視網(wǎng)膜下導(dǎo)致視網(wǎng)膜脫離。所以在激光封閉以后要及時的找醫(yī)生隨診。
