通過(guò)局部浸潤(rùn)、侵犯轉(zhuǎn)移；通過(guò)淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移，包括局部的淋巴和遠(yuǎn)處的淋巴；通過(guò)血行播散出現(xiàn)臟器轉(zhuǎn)移，包括肺轉(zhuǎn)移、肝轉(zhuǎn)移、骨轉(zhuǎn)移。
根據(jù)病理類(lèi)型分化程度不一樣，轉(zhuǎn)移的可能性也不一樣。高分化的，相對(duì)惡性程度要低一些，出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移的概率也低一些；低分化的，惡性程度比較高，出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移的可能性也比較大，所以也要對(duì)它有一個(gè)基本的判斷，看是屬于什么類(lèi)型。如果早期出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移的概率低，高分化的出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移的概率低，如果是晚期低分化的出現(xiàn)，轉(zhuǎn)移的概率會(huì)高一些，所以要根據(jù)不同的疾病、不同的人群要制定不同的關(guān)注檢測(cè)方法。
