殘胃癌就是胃已經(jīng)被做過手術(shù)，超過十年以后再次出現(xiàn)新的胃癌。
良性病變，比如由于胃潰瘍、十二指腸球部潰瘍比較嚴(yán)重沒有辦法止血，病情逐漸加重需要手術(shù)治療，手術(shù)治療以后由于胃部出現(xiàn)了手術(shù)的創(chuàng)傷，包括炎癥、出血等創(chuàng)傷，病人在五年以后會出現(xiàn)胃癌。做過手術(shù)的胃部比沒有做過手術(shù)的胃部得胃癌的概率要高，所以胃部做過手術(shù)的患者一定要定期復(fù)查。
除了良性疾病，胃潰瘍也要警惕，有可能出現(xiàn)惡性的病變，總體說就是胃部做過手術(shù)以后，也會可能導(dǎo)致胃癌的高發(fā)，所以說這一類做過手術(shù)的患者，要定期的復(fù)查警惕新的胃癌的產(chǎn)生。
