肝癌射頻消融術(shù)能根除嗎

肝癌射頻消融術(shù)跟手術(shù)切除和肝移植并列，成為肝腫瘤的根治性治療手段之一。小于三厘米的肝腫瘤，射頻消融能夠達(dá)到根治的效果。
不管是對于腫瘤的局部控制切除，還有患者的長期生存結(jié)果，手術(shù)切除的效果跟射頻消融的效果類似。雖然有的時(shí)候射頻消融不像手術(shù)切除切掉一大部分肝，腫瘤不太容易殘留和復(fù)發(fā)，但是射頻消融的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于它是一個(gè)微創(chuàng)的治療。
一旦治療后發(fā)現(xiàn)了少量殘留和復(fù)發(fā)，可以短期內(nèi)再次治療，再次治療跟第一次治療效果是相似的。所以不用擔(dān)心射頻消融后有部分患者會(huì)有腫瘤的部分殘留和復(fù)發(fā)，只要早期發(fā)現(xiàn)，早期治療，其實(shí)第一次治療就能達(dá)到根治的效果的，這部分患者其實(shí)是沒有顯著的差異的。
