肝硬化的治療分為病因治療和癥狀治療。
對于病因方面的治療，乙型、丙型肝炎病毒感染所導(dǎo)致的肝硬化，要使用抗病毒藥物進行治療。如果肝硬化的形成原因是酒精性損傷，要進行戒酒。
對于癥狀方面的治療，要針對患者并發(fā)癥的治療，比如消化道出血的患者會選擇除了內(nèi)科保守的止血藥物的使用、內(nèi)鏡的治療、對血管進行止血方面的處理。如果患者有腹水、浮腫方面，利尿劑的應(yīng)用也是重要的。
對于肝性腦病的這些并發(fā)癥的處理，一定要注意患者大便的通暢以及改善腦神經(jīng)的藥物的使用。所以對于肝硬化的治療是一個全方面的用藥選擇。
