甲肝是是幾種傳染性肝病甲、乙、丙、丁、戊中的一種，甲肝和戊肝都是經(jīng)口傳播的，主要是接觸了被帶有病毒的人所污染的食物或水而被感染。它的易感人群主要是青少年，甲肝隱性感染的發(fā)生率非常高，導(dǎo)致人群當(dāng)中甲肝抗體水平比較高。
這種甲肝IgG抗體升高，代表了對甲肝隱性感染后獲得免疫性，獲得保護(hù)性。所以對幼年或者青少年人群，要推廣甲肝疫苗接種。通過甲肝疫苗的接種，使得人群當(dāng)中獲得保護(hù)性抗體，這樣就不會再出現(xiàn)甲肝病毒的感染。甲肝作為一個(gè)傳染性疾病，傳染源主要是帶有病毒的感染者或發(fā)病病人。
