腮腺混合瘤通常是的一種稱呼，學(xué)術(shù)上應(yīng)該叫做腮腺多形性腺瘤。從生物學(xué)行為上來看，它雖然是個(gè)良性腫瘤，但是有局部惡性的傾向。因?yàn)槎嘈涡韵倭鲇锌赡苁嵌嘣缘?，也就是在一個(gè)腫瘤周邊可以發(fā)現(xiàn)多個(gè)衛(wèi)星瘤，或者叫做子瘤。
所以，從它的生長方式來講，具有一些惡性的征象，雖然目前把它歸成良性腫瘤，但它本質(zhì)上應(yīng)該屬于一個(gè)漸變性的腫瘤，也就是有點(diǎn)低度惡性腫瘤的特點(diǎn)。
