總體認(rèn)為甲狀腺癌還是要及時手術(shù)的，因為一些患者在微小癌很小的時候出現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移，甚至腦轉(zhuǎn)移和肺轉(zhuǎn)移，這樣的病人還是要積極的治療，積極的手術(shù)，這樣能取得比較好的療效。
