什么是椎管內(nèi)結(jié)核瘤

椎管內(nèi)結(jié)核瘤并不是一種真正的腫瘤，它主要是由于肺結(jié)核、腸結(jié)核等結(jié)核桿菌經(jīng)過血行侵潤到椎管內(nèi)，在椎管內(nèi)形成了一種貌似腫瘤樣的結(jié)核球，這種病變其實(shí)是來源于結(jié)核，而并不是真正的腫瘤細(xì)胞。
它也可以對(duì)脊髓和神經(jīng)根造成壓迫，出現(xiàn)類似脊髓腫瘤樣的癥狀，比如典型的神經(jīng)根痛、肢體的無力乃至截癱、大小便失禁等一系列的脊髓病變的神經(jīng)功能障礙。但這種脊髓結(jié)核瘤或者椎管內(nèi)結(jié)核瘤并不是真正的腫瘤，而是來源于結(jié)核病灶本身。
