胃潰瘍和胃糜爛的區(qū)別

到底是潰瘍嚴(yán)重還是糜爛嚴(yán)重，其實(shí)胃糜爛和胃部潰瘍比起來，胃部糜爛僅僅中等程度胃炎表現(xiàn)，僅僅是炎癥表現(xiàn)。事實(shí)上如果沒有其它問題，經(jīng)過臨床醫(yī)生判斷，尤其是內(nèi)鏡醫(yī)生判斷，程度事實(shí)上是沒有那么嚴(yán)重，但是胃部潰瘍就不同。
胃部潰瘍說明胃部病變，胃部粘膜已經(jīng)不完整，已經(jīng)發(fā)生潰爛，而且這種潰爛層次非常深，已經(jīng)破壞胃內(nèi)肌肉層，如果是肌肉層完全破壞以后，胃黏膜就會(huì)有穿孔情況，所以胃潰瘍要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)嚴(yán)重于所謂胃部糜爛。
