膽囊結(jié)石與膽囊穿孔有什么區(qū)別

膽囊穿孔是膽囊結(jié)石的一種嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥，膽囊內(nèi)的膽囊結(jié)石在某些因素的作用下可能落入到膽囊出口的部位，導(dǎo)致膽囊出口梗阻，膽囊出口的梗阻會導(dǎo)致膽囊內(nèi)的膽汁無法排入到膽管，膽囊內(nèi)的壓力會逐漸升高，膽囊內(nèi)壓力的升高會導(dǎo)致膽囊壁血供的障礙，導(dǎo)致膽囊的水腫，膽囊的水腫反過來又會進一步加重血供障礙因此形成惡性循環(huán)。
在這個基礎(chǔ)上，會出現(xiàn)膽囊壁的缺血壞死，出現(xiàn)膽囊的缺血性表現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重會形成膽囊內(nèi)感染和膽囊壁的壞疽，到了最后階段會形成壞死部位的破潰，也就是膽囊穿孔。膽囊穿孔會導(dǎo)致膽囊內(nèi)的膽汁從穿孔部位流入到腹腔里，形成急性的彌漫性的腹膜炎。
在這個基礎(chǔ)上，會出現(xiàn)膽囊壁的缺血壞死，出現(xiàn)膽囊的缺血性表現(xiàn)，嚴(yán)重會形成膽囊內(nèi)感染和膽囊壁的壞疽，到了最后階段會形成壞死部位的破潰，也就是膽囊穿孔。膽囊穿孔會導(dǎo)致膽囊內(nèi)的膽汁從穿孔部位流入到腹腔里，形成急性的彌漫性的腹膜炎。
