尖銳濕疣是指長在女性
外生殖器、肛周附近的疣狀損害，好發(fā)于大陰唇、
小陰唇、陰蒂部位，甚至處女膜、陰道壁、宮頸以及宮頸管附近，都可以長疣狀損害。如果肛周有接觸行為，肛周和肛管也可以發(fā)生。尖銳濕疣由HPV感染造成，HPV分為低危型和高危型，低危型的疣狀損害屬于良性的損害。
高危型HPV感染，除了引起尖銳濕疣之外，還會(huì)引起宮頸病變甚至宮頸癌。所以女性得了尖銳濕疣，一定要檢查宮頸的高危型HPV感染。因?yàn)榕缘纳辰馄式Y(jié)構(gòu)不太一樣，比較隱秘的部位相對不像男性結(jié)構(gòu)那么簡單，治療相對復(fù)雜。
