脖子痛是頸椎病嗎

脖子痛大部分可能是頸型頸椎病的一種原因，但不完全說(shuō)一定是頸椎病。頸椎病指的是頸椎間盤突出壓迫神經(jīng)、壓迫血管引起的癥狀。比如類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、強(qiáng)制性脊柱炎、頸椎的結(jié)核甚至說(shuō)頸椎的感染也會(huì)有脖子疼痛，所以我們一定要區(qū)別的對(duì)待。
要查看分析脖子疼痛的原因，是以酸痛、鈍痛、脖子僵硬活動(dòng)活動(dòng)就能夠好轉(zhuǎn)，可能考慮以頸椎病為多。當(dāng)然這種疼痛以靜息痛為主，以頑固性疼痛為主，以銳痛為主，同時(shí)伴發(fā)熱、寒戰(zhàn)及全身癥狀，而且不單單是脖子痛，四肢關(guān)節(jié)都痛這種，我們要引以重視，不見得是頸椎病引起來(lái)的。
