衣原體肺炎、氣管炎、上呼吸道感染，其實都是會傳染的，主要傳染途徑是飛沫傳播。所謂飛沫就是咳嗽、打噴嚏排出的分泌物。其他人吸入到肺里，就會引起感染。
所以不管是得了支原體、衣原體，還是其他肺炎，包括上呼吸道感染，一定戴口罩。另外盡量少去人口密集的地方，家里邊多通風(fēng)，和他人也適當(dāng)?shù)母綦x。對于健康人，也盡量少去人員比較密集、封閉的區(qū)域，減少交叉感染。家里如果有病人，除了適當(dāng)?shù)母綦x，要注意多通風(fēng)。因為如果不通風(fēng)，在局部房間里支原體、衣原體的濃度就會比外界高很多，感染的幾率就會大。通風(fēng)之后把致病微生物稀釋，感染的幾率也就小了。
