新生兒黃疸一般不會(huì)發(fā)燒。首先鑒于新生兒黃疸，藍(lán)光治療的過(guò)程中，它可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒，如果是這個(gè)原因，可以降低箱溫，同時(shí)要補(bǔ)充水分。黃疸也可能是由感染引起，新生兒脫水熱會(huì)出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒，新生兒剛出生的時(shí)候，由于母乳不足，導(dǎo)致新生兒的脫水熱，要多給他喝母乳，勤吸吮促進(jìn)母乳的分泌，必要時(shí)候配方奶進(jìn)行喂養(yǎng)，這樣可以減少黃疸的發(fā)生。
如果孩子又有黃疸又發(fā)燒，一定要考慮有沒(méi)有感染性疾病，往往比較重的感染性疾病，黃疸是可能是早期的主要表現(xiàn)，會(huì)同時(shí)伴有發(fā)燒。
