肝囊腫不會癌變。
肝囊腫是常見的肝臟良性病變，多數(shù)病人都是在體檢時通過腹部B超偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)。肝囊腫是肝臟內(nèi)的囊腫占位性改變，是一層薄薄的囊包著一包液體，有單發(fā)性和多發(fā)性。肝囊腫越小越安全，較小肝囊腫沒有臨床不適癥狀，不需要進(jìn)行治療。
但是肝囊腫越大可能會引起局部組織器官的擠壓癥狀，例如壓迫正常肝組織會引起肝區(qū)疼痛現(xiàn)象，此時需要進(jìn)行微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療。流行病學(xué)研究表明80%的肝癌患者存在慢性肝損傷疾病，例如慢性乙肝、慢性丙肝或者長期喝酒引起的酒精肝，肝癌是在這些慢性肝病的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)生，肝囊腫往往發(fā)生在健康人身上，肝囊腫不會癌變。
