孕檢是幫助醫(yī)生掌握孕期孕婦及胎兒情況的重要依據(jù)，一般不會(huì)對(duì)母體和胎兒造成傷害。孕檢主要包括胎兒和母體兩方面的檢查，母體檢查主要包括一般情況的檢查和專(zhuān)科檢查。母體一般情況檢查主要是測(cè)孕婦宮高、腹圍、體重、血壓等情況，對(duì)胎兒母體均沒(méi)有危害。
孕婦專(zhuān)科檢查主要是進(jìn)行血液相關(guān)檢查，也沒(méi)有危害，反而能幫助醫(yī)生及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)孕婦是否患有妊娠合并癥，做到及早治療。另外孕期進(jìn)行超聲檢查，核磁檢查等也不會(huì)對(duì)母體和胎兒產(chǎn)生危害，不會(huì)導(dǎo)致胎兒畸形或聽(tīng)力受損等危害。但是建議孕早期不要進(jìn)行核磁檢查。
