心臟彩超能查出冠心病嗎

心臟彩超對(duì)冠心病而言，只是輔助檢查方式，對(duì)于冠心病的診斷金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。彩超可以作為冠心病的一種篩查，包括冠心病的心臟功能情況、收縮情況、心臟的波動(dòng)情況。
對(duì)于冠心病是否有并發(fā)癥的情況，心臟彩超可能比別的檢查方式更有優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是還不能對(duì)冠心病做出最終完整的診斷，需要進(jìn)行冠脈CT或者是冠脈造影的檢查。但是心臟彩超可以了解冠心病并發(fā)癥的情況。所以心臟彩超只是輔助方式，不是診斷冠心病的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
