頸椎病分為四大類型，由于壓迫部位不同，引起癥狀也有區(qū)別。主要出現(xiàn)，神經(jīng)、頸肩部疼痛，活動受限，走路不穩(wěn)，血壓波動，頭暈耳鳴等。
神經(jīng)根型頸椎?。和橛猩窠?jīng)、頸肩部疼痛，活動受限，伴有肩部或者上肢放射痛。這種神經(jīng)痛會導(dǎo)致病人睡眠或活動都有明顯影響。
脊髓型頸椎?。簬黼p上肢肌力，或者精細(xì)運(yùn)動下降，或下肢走路踩棉感走路不穩(wěn)等癥狀。
椎動脈型頸椎病：可能會導(dǎo)致一過性暈厥摔倒這種情況。
交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病：會帶來血壓波動，頭暈耳鳴這些癥狀。
但還要根據(jù)醫(yī)生的經(jīng)驗，病人病史詢問以及查體，結(jié)合影像學(xué)來確定最后診斷。
