腦梗死后遺癥有哪些

得了腦梗死以后，神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的好多功能都受到了影響，最常見的有運(yùn)動(dòng)的功能，有感覺的功能，有植物神經(jīng)的功能和有認(rèn)知的功能，這些功能受了影響以后，如果損傷的程度比較嚴(yán)重，就會(huì)留下后遺癥。所謂后遺癥，指神經(jīng)功能受損以后不能及時(shí)恢復(fù)，而殘留的一些癥狀。具體的有哪一些，運(yùn)動(dòng)功能看來(lái)最常見的就是肢體的一個(gè)功能的喪失，那么我們也較準(zhǔn)確地說(shuō)，也叫功能殘疾，也就是會(huì)留下偏癱的表現(xiàn)。
對(duì)于感覺功能來(lái)說(shuō)，那么常在偏癱的肢體，同時(shí)遺留一些疼痛、麻木的癥狀。這種情況有時(shí)候在得了腦梗死以后，很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間都還會(huì)存在，植物神經(jīng)的功能也可以遺留，比如說(shuō)尿便的障礙，比如說(shuō)出汗的障礙，比如說(shuō)不明原因的患肢的水腫等等，這些都是屬于植物神經(jīng)的障礙。腦梗死以后還會(huì)出現(xiàn)認(rèn)知功能的障礙，具體的就表現(xiàn)在記憶力的障礙，還有寫字念書，這個(gè)書寫表達(dá)、說(shuō)話這一方面都會(huì)受到相應(yīng)的影響。
總之腦梗死以后遺留的后遺癥比較多，那么最好的辦法就是預(yù)防這些能夠引起腦梗死的問題，而不去得這樣的疾病。
