腎囊腫是什么引起的

腎囊腫發(fā)生的原因和機(jī)理并不是十分清楚，一般包括先天性腎囊腫以及后天性腎囊腫。
少部分患者是多囊腎，是一種遺傳性疾病，而且多囊腎的患者往往可能會伴發(fā)多囊肝。當(dāng)囊腫壓迫腎臟實質(zhì)，造成腎功能不良的風(fēng)險，甚至引起腎積水的情況下，需要積極地外科干預(yù)。
一般臨床上認(rèn)為5厘米以上的腎囊腫才需要外科干預(yù)，同時還要結(jié)合患者的年齡和臨床表現(xiàn)。如果不需要外科干預(yù)，可通過監(jiān)測、隨訪觀察患者腎功能的情況，來指導(dǎo)患者的藥物治療，同時每年進(jìn)行常規(guī)檢查動態(tài)觀察腎囊腫的變化。
