前列腺炎是由什么原因引起的

前列腺炎由病原體感染或其他原因所致。主要致病菌為大腸桿菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、變形桿菌、假單胞菌屬和金黃色葡萄球菌等，絕大多數(shù)為單一病原菌感染所致。感染的途徑：直接蔓延、逆行感染、血行感染、淋巴感染等。
慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎致病因素主要為病原體感染，以逆行感染為主，病原體主要為葡萄菌、葡萄球菌屬、大腸埃希桿菌、冠狀桿菌屬及腸球菌屬等。
慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎病因復(fù)雜，主要原因可能是炎癥和異常的盆底神經(jīng)肌肉活動(dòng)及免疫異常共同作用的結(jié)果。此外，盆腔相關(guān)疾病，部分慢性前列腺患者的癥狀可能與盆腔靜脈充血醫(yī)治有關(guān)，也是造成經(jīng)久不愈的原因之一。
