膽囊息肉手術(shù)做完切除以后，一般需要有幾個(gè)注意點(diǎn)：一是手術(shù)后，早期患者恢復(fù)飲食要盡量緩慢，手術(shù)后第二天一般建議病人可以吃一些清淡的流食，在1到2周之內(nèi)慢慢過渡到正常飲食。二是膽囊切除手術(shù)以后，膽汁的儲備能力就會出現(xiàn)短時(shí)間不足，有些患者可能就容易出現(xiàn)在進(jìn)食油膩的食物以后，出現(xiàn)腹瀉，這個(gè)時(shí)候在手術(shù)后早期的時(shí)候可以加用一些促進(jìn)膽汁排泄的藥物來輔助消化的功能，而到后期由于身體的適應(yīng)和代償功能會合并出現(xiàn)膽管增寬，從而替代一部分膽囊的膽汁儲備的功能。
