肝膿腫特點(diǎn)主要是需要跟一些肝臟其他類型的腫瘤進(jìn)行鑒別。肝膿腫首先從癥狀上來說，是一種感染性的疾病。絕大部分病人除了發(fā)現(xiàn)肝臟有腫物有占位以外，還會合并有一些感染性的表現(xiàn)，比如說發(fā)燒寒顫，這都是肝臟的其他一些腫瘤性的病變比較少見的。另外從影像學(xué)上來看，在增強(qiáng)CT上膿腫的邊緣是一種強(qiáng)化的表現(xiàn)，主要是因?yàn)樗装Y反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的水腫有關(guān)系，而在膿腫的內(nèi)部主要是表現(xiàn)成一個(gè)液性的密度。在核磁上表現(xiàn)主要是內(nèi)部可以是T2相上是一個(gè)高信號，而邊緣是相對的一個(gè)低信號，這在其他的肝臟腫瘤上是比較少見的。
