禁欲時(shí)間越長精子質(zhì)量不一定越好。精子是在睪丸中連續(xù)不斷的產(chǎn)生的，精子產(chǎn)生以后，從睪丸輸送到附睪儲(chǔ)存，射精時(shí)通過輸精管道和射精管排出，它是一個(gè)完整連續(xù)過程。
如果患者沒有性生活，精子產(chǎn)生了，不能通過性生活排出體外，精子在身體里，不是無限期生長下去的，因?yàn)槊恳粋€(gè)正常細(xì)胞都會(huì)經(jīng)歷衰老死亡的一個(gè)過程，屬于正常的新陳代謝的過程，同樣性生活使精子不但有排出，同時(shí)還可以不斷的產(chǎn)生，保持一個(gè)比較好的狀態(tài)和保持精子生命力。
