偏頭痛是如何確診的

偏頭痛是根據(jù)患者的癥狀表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行確診。
當(dāng)患者出現(xiàn)頭部的一側(cè)或者兩側(cè)中重度疼痛，而且這種疼痛發(fā)作時(shí)患者不能忍受，以至于不能從事日常的工作與生活，持續(xù)時(shí)間在4到72小時(shí)，反復(fù)出現(xiàn)兩次就可以確診為為偏頭痛。
偏頭痛發(fā)作之前，患者會(huì)有視物變形、視物模糊、視物發(fā)花等一些先兆癥狀；疼痛發(fā)作時(shí)患者會(huì)伴有畏光、畏聲、惡心、嘔吐等一些現(xiàn)象；患者喜歡在安靜、昏暗的小房間內(nèi)休息，一般休息幾個(gè)小時(shí)以后癥狀會(huì)得到良好的緩解，這是典型有先兆的偏頭痛。
另外，有85%的患者是沒有先兆癥狀的，只是頭痛的表現(xiàn)，因此排除了一些向顱內(nèi)腫瘤、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔腦出血、青光眼等這些繼發(fā)性頭痛時(shí)，這些癥狀反復(fù)發(fā)作在五次以上也能夠確診為偏頭痛。
