胃潰瘍最常見(jiàn)的表現(xiàn)是腹痛，腹痛是季節(jié)交替性、規(guī)律性的變化。季節(jié)交替性，一般秋冬季節(jié)容易發(fā)作或復(fù)發(fā)；規(guī)律性是一般餐后腹痛，空腹緩解，因?yàn)?a href="http://www.sxhyfhb888.com/k/fqcirj4pktm67u9.html" target="_blank">食物壓黏膜面引起胃酸分泌引起腹痛加重。另外反酸、燒心、飽脹感鑒別診斷意義不大。
其他主要是并發(fā)癥的癥狀，包括出血、穿孔、梗阻、癌變，出血是胃潰瘍患者突然出現(xiàn)嘔吐、嘔吐咖啡樣物或嘔吐暗紅色鮮紅色的血液，再或出現(xiàn)黑便、柏油樣大便；穿孔是在長(zhǎng)期胃潰瘍的基礎(chǔ)之上出現(xiàn)劇烈的、難以緩解的腹痛，往往伴發(fā)燒、拒按；梗阻是在長(zhǎng)期胃潰瘍的基礎(chǔ)之上出現(xiàn)，嘔吐隔夜宿食或胃內(nèi)容物，這時(shí)意味累及到幽門(mén)；癌變出現(xiàn)體重下降、貧血就得考慮癌變的可能性。
