肛周膿腫術(shù)后多久愈合

肛周膿腫做完手術(shù)以后，愈合期是在15到30天左右。
膿腫的愈合比痔瘡的愈合長(zhǎng)得慢，15天的愈合期還指的是青壯年，比如20歲到40歲之間，如果是小孩，有可能長(zhǎng)的是15天左右，也可能10天。
如果五六十歲的人愈合期就會(huì)很慢，有可能是20天到30天。術(shù)后一定要到醫(yī)院去換藥，每次換藥最好由主管大夫，每次看看傷口長(zhǎng)得如何，如果膿腫換藥的不好，甚至于換藥的不及時(shí)，可能會(huì)造成假性愈合，二次手術(shù)。
膿腫的愈合期還有假性愈合，它內(nèi)口沒(méi)有完全長(zhǎng)好，形成了小的肛瘺，還得做二次手術(shù)，再有一個(gè)愈合期。
