肛瘺是怎樣形成的

肛周膿腫所遺留下來(lái)的竇道感染，肛門(mén)的竇道感染，有瘺管的感染，就管它叫做肛瘺。
肛周膿腫如果不能夠及時(shí)治療，不能夠一次切開(kāi)根治，有可能膿腫破潰，使膿流出來(lái)了，但肛周膿腫的瘺管并沒(méi)有切開(kāi)引流干凈，就會(huì)形成有竇道感染。肛瘺如果不及時(shí)治療，不把竇道清除干凈了，有可能會(huì)由低位的肛瘺發(fā)展為高位的肛瘺。
肛瘺的治療目前為止都是手術(shù)治療，手術(shù)時(shí)間很短，尤其是低位肛瘺，一般需要半個(gè)小時(shí)左右。如果低位的肛瘺不及時(shí)治療，經(jīng)常用一些消炎藥，用輸液來(lái)抗炎治療，有可能瘺管不能夠徹底的根治，可能會(huì)發(fā)展成為高位肛瘺。
