陰虛與陽虛的區(qū)別

陰虛患者和陽虛患者在癥狀上的表現(xiàn)是不同。陰虛陽虛的區(qū)別在中醫(yī)上講還是很明顯，因為經(jīng)常見陰虛患者會出現(xiàn)不如皮膚干、口干、咽干的癥狀，甚至說有睡眠障礙、心煩表現(xiàn)；陽虛的患者常常會出現(xiàn)功能不足，甚至手足發(fā)冷、吃東西容易拉肚子、胃寒，甚至女同志出現(xiàn)腰部腹部發(fā)冷的癥狀，這都是陽虛的表現(xiàn)。
辨別陰虛陽虛后就比較好辦，陰虛的患者，會出現(xiàn)腰酸心煩、五心煩熱、手心汗出或者失眠的情況，常常可以用補陰或者滋陰補氣的方法進行處理；陽虛患者氣虛癥狀比較明顯，可以用溫陽的方法。
