子宮肌瘤根據(jù)子宮肌瘤位置可分為粘膜下、肌壁間和漿膜下肌瘤。黏膜下肌瘤根據(jù)生長部位分成零形、一型和二型。宮腔鏡術(shù)后，醫(yī)生會(huì)向患者交代術(shù)后注意事項(xiàng)。如宮腔鏡術(shù)后七十二小時(shí)內(nèi)有大量出血。如出血量過多，可能需要做第二次止血手術(shù)處理，觀察子宮肌瘤切除大小，損傷范圍，術(shù)后預(yù)后情況。如留蒂細(xì)切掉后對(duì)子宮損傷少，術(shù)后出血少或幾乎不出血，瘤腔大出血時(shí)間長，患者要有心理準(zhǔn)備。
術(shù)后淋淋瀝瀝出血超過一到二周時(shí)，要注意抗感染治療。術(shù)后要注意陰道出血，口服抗生素預(yù)防感染。術(shù)后三個(gè)月復(fù)查B超，觀察宮腔內(nèi)是否恢復(fù)正常狀態(tài)。
