急性中耳炎怎么引起的

急性中耳炎是外感引起，主要是由于感冒引起的上呼吸道感染誘發(fā)中耳炎。
中耳腔位置相對(duì)比較深凹，在乳突后面包裹的骨頭內(nèi)，不容易直接暴露在外。所以急性中耳炎的發(fā)病往往是炎癥發(fā)作1-2周以后才會(huì)出現(xiàn)癥狀。比如急性鼻炎發(fā)作以后，一般1周以后或更長時(shí)間以后會(huì)出現(xiàn)鼻涕變膿、鼻塞加重的情況，患者會(huì)使勁擤鼻涕時(shí)或炎癥擴(kuò)散到中耳腔，引起中耳的炎癥。
中耳炎本身分為卡他性中耳炎、分泌性中耳炎和化膿性中耳炎，還有膽脂瘤性中耳炎等，急性中耳炎只包括前面三種，是急性發(fā)病的演變過程，癥狀會(huì)逐漸加重。
急性中耳炎是外感引起，如果發(fā)生外感的急性炎癥、上呼吸道感染，要及時(shí)救治，可以預(yù)防中耳炎的發(fā)生。
