高熱驚厥容易復發(fā)嗎

高熱驚厥在一次熱性病的過程中只會出現(xiàn)一次，但如果下一次再出現(xiàn)感染性疾病，或出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱，是有可能會復發(fā)的，這與孩子的體質有關系。出現(xiàn)高熱驚厥從中醫(yī)角度講，與小兒肝腸有余有關，小孩心神比較怯懦，受熱之后出現(xiàn)肝經受擾，肝又主主經脈，進而引起經脈的拘攣，孩子就會出現(xiàn)抽搐的現(xiàn)象。
從西醫(yī)學的角度來說也與小孩的大腦皮層沒有發(fā)育完善有關，在受到高熱時，大腦皮層容易出現(xiàn)廣泛的泛化階段，就會出現(xiàn)一些異常的神經放電，從而會導致孩子出現(xiàn)抽搐的現(xiàn)象，在一次熱性病的過程中驚厥一般只會發(fā)生一次，但是再出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱的情況，孩子的驚厥可能會復發(fā)。
