其次，非常富含營養(yǎng)的肉類或者是高脂肪、高蛋白食物也注意避免。因?yàn)槌粤诉@些高脂肪、高蛋白食物，從胃內(nèi)排空時(shí)間往往會(huì)比較長，那么理論上講這些食物在胃內(nèi)存留時(shí)間更長，會(huì)刺激胃酸分泌，反流上來機(jī)會(huì)就會(huì)更多，那么一定程度上就會(huì)加重反流癥狀。所以說如果一旦出現(xiàn)胃酸過多，就要避免刺激性飲食和這些高脂肪食物。
