胃痙攣，是一種胃腸道動力的改變。治療方法為，避免焦慮，改變不良的飲食習(xí)慣，細(xì)嚼慢咽，使用解經(jīng)的藥物等。
1、緊張焦慮，容易引起胃腸痙攣，出現(xiàn)腹痛腹瀉等癥，很大程度上歸因于小腸炎癥，所以胃痙攣第一個要避免焦慮；
2、天氣冷、吃冷的、涼的、辛辣的食物，喝濃茶、咖啡，可能引發(fā)痙攣腹瀉，如果經(jīng)常發(fā)生痙攣，這些食物或者不良的習(xí)慣一定要注意避免。
3、吃飯速度特別快，或者吃的特別多，這種情況要注意細(xì)嚼慢咽。
另外，胃痙攣也需要和其他疾病進(jìn)行鑒別診斷，如果真的是胃痙攣，可以用一些解經(jīng)的藥物。
