口腔潰瘍白色的是口腔潰瘍愈合的過程當中，因為口腔黏膜表層剝脫了以后，口腔黏膜下層愈合的時候會有一些組織液的滲出，希望在潰瘍面形成一個保護層，保護下層的黏膜下層的組織，這些分泌出來的組織液里頭含有一些纖維蛋白的成分，他們互相交織在一起，形成了白色的偽膜，它是對口腔潰瘍是起一個保護的作用，隨著下層的黏膜組織的重新的生長，慢慢的白色的偽膜也會慢慢的脫落，露出新的口腔黏膜組織來。
另外有些病人口腔潰瘍反復的發(fā)作，刺激到了周圍的粘膜組織，局部黏膜的角化就過度了，形成了一些白色的瘢痕樣的組織。這個時候我們也會觀察到口腔潰瘍呈一個白色的一個狀態(tài)。
