膽囊息肉的原因有哪些

膽囊息肉是膽囊最常見(jiàn)的一個(gè)良性疾病原因有很多種，不同的原因也導(dǎo)致息肉的不同的性質(zhì)。其中最常見(jiàn)的叫膽固醇引起的息肉，就是膽汁里面的小的結(jié)晶引起的腹壁的結(jié)晶體。還有粘膜的異常增生，向腔內(nèi)突出，叫增生性的息肉。還有一種是膽囊的腺肌癥，主要是膽汁的理化性質(zhì)的改變，對(duì)膽囊局部的慢性的刺激引起的慢性的局部的增生。
所以針對(duì)不同的原因，膽囊息肉也會(huì)分不同的類型，不同的類型針對(duì)它的治療的方法也是不一樣的。膽囊息肉的病因還和細(xì)菌的感染有關(guān)系，反復(fù)的膽囊炎發(fā)作也會(huì)引起膽囊內(nèi)膜的炎性的刺激，常常表現(xiàn)為單個(gè)較大的息肉，蒂比較細(xì)，增生的比較緩慢。
