乳頭凹陷實(shí)際有好多種原因。乳頭凹陷實(shí)際是腫瘤生長過程中把韌帶破壞，我們叫Cooper韌帶，然后造成了乳頭往內(nèi)的牽拉造成的。
有的時(shí)候，突然近期內(nèi)發(fā)生乳頭內(nèi)陷，確實(shí)有可能是乳腺癌的先兆，我們應(yīng)該比較關(guān)注。當(dāng)然更多的乳頭內(nèi)陷是先天性的，從一開始發(fā)育乳頭就沒有出來，這種就不用特別的擔(dān)心。做一個(gè)乳腺相關(guān)的檢查、查體確定乳腺內(nèi)部沒有腫物。當(dāng)然有一些炎癥或者其它的良性乳腺病也會(huì)造成乳頭凹陷。通過專科的查體排除一下有沒有其它的潛在的乳腺癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。單純的乳頭凹陷并沒有合并的乳腺的其它疾病并不用擔(dān)心，如果乳頭凹陷的特別的厲害，病人覺得不是特別的好看，可以做手術(shù)，做一個(gè)矯形。
