乳腺的炎癥有兩種，第一種就是哺乳期的乳腺炎，這是絕大多數(shù)的乳腺炎。當(dāng)然還有一小部分乳腺炎叫非哺乳期的乳腺炎。那這種乳腺炎臨床上比較少見。我們有的時(shí)候把它叫做乳腺導(dǎo)管擴(kuò)張癥。它首先最開始的表現(xiàn)就是乳腺里面的導(dǎo)管擴(kuò)張，因?yàn)槔锩嬗幸恍┯椭悥|西引流不通暢，這個(gè)階段我們把它叫做乳腺導(dǎo)管擴(kuò)張癥。
這種油質(zhì)引流不通暢的情況下，體內(nèi)會(huì)對(duì)自己有一個(gè)保護(hù)性的反應(yīng)，各種細(xì)胞就過來吞噬這種油質(zhì)把它搬運(yùn)走。如果這油質(zhì)的量比較大，細(xì)胞是搬運(yùn)不走的，盡管搬運(yùn)不走，但還有大量的細(xì)胞過來搬運(yùn)，這就形成一個(gè)腫塊，而且這腫塊有的時(shí)候會(huì)破潰，然后破潰之后再愈合，再破潰再愈合形成了大量肉芽腫。所以這個(gè)病的名字又叫做肉芽腫性乳腺炎。
