無精子怎么辦

無精子癥是指在精液的檢查標(biāo)本和經(jīng)過精液離心以后的沉渣中均沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)精子，要經(jīng)過2-3次的檢查才能確認(rèn)。分為睪丸源性還是梗阻性。對于睪丸源性的無精子癥，要明確是由于先天性的，還是由于采用了化療藥物所致。
對于梗阻性的無精子癥，要弄清梗阻的部位，是附睪梗阻還是輸精管梗阻，或神經(jīng)管開口梗阻?？梢酝ㄟ^實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查，如影像學(xué)、生化、內(nèi)分泌檢查，包括染色體和基因檢測，明確病因以后，對應(yīng)治療。梗阻性無精子癥，可以采用輸精管復(fù)通或輸精管附睪吻合，或射精管開口切開治療。睪丸源性無精子癥，可嘗試采用藥物治療或睪丸顯微取精的方法治療。
