肛瘺的治療分為保守治療和手術(shù)治療。
一般的肛瘺，尤其是幼兒和兒童肛瘺，醫(yī)生建議保守治療。兒童發(fā)育成熟之后，根據(jù)病情，再擇期進(jìn)行相關(guān)的手術(shù)干預(yù)。
如果成人的肛瘺，常常需要手術(shù)治療。尤其是發(fā)作期肛瘺，如果疼痛、出血、流膿很多，一般的藥物治療的效果不是很明顯，常常需要手術(shù)治療。手術(shù)治療又分為若干種：
一、常見的肛瘺切除術(shù)。低位肛瘺、簡單肛瘺，可以采取這種方法。
二、切除掛線術(shù)，掛線術(shù)適合于高位肛瘺，或者是復(fù)雜肛瘺。
三、堵漏術(shù)。
四、曠置術(shù)。高位復(fù)雜的肛瘺可以開窗、曠置引流。
