順產(chǎn)后建議產(chǎn)褥期過后，即產(chǎn)后超過42天再同房。
順產(chǎn)后身體狀況會發(fā)生很多變化，自然分娩產(chǎn)婦，陰道由于陰道粘膜擦傷或撕裂傷及側(cè)切傷口損傷，需要時間修復。同時惡露排出會持續(xù)4到6周左右，惡露排出過程中，會有大量血液、壞死蛻膜組織及大量白細胞經(jīng)過陰道排出體外。若在產(chǎn)褥期內(nèi)同房可能會造成繼發(fā)性宮腔內(nèi)感染，感染有可能上行造成宮腔感染，甚至繼發(fā)盆腔感染。
建議順產(chǎn)女性產(chǎn)后42天后同房，且要做好避孕措施。順產(chǎn)后一年內(nèi)不建議再次妊娠，子宮和子宮內(nèi)膜包括身體各個臟器、陰道都需要修復過程，順產(chǎn)后一年內(nèi)不建議再次妊娠。若這個時期內(nèi)發(fā)生意外懷孕，對產(chǎn)婦身體損傷比較大。
