耳石癥發(fā)作后怎么辦

耳石癥現(xiàn)在是一個(gè)特別常見的一個(gè)疾病，占了眩暈相當(dāng)一部分人群。首先如果出現(xiàn)短暫的眩暈，要判斷它是持續(xù)性的還是短時(shí)間的，以及眩暈的性質(zhì)，是旋轉(zhuǎn)性的還是如踩棉花般的，就是頭很重的這種癥狀。
如果是旋轉(zhuǎn)性的，可能跟耳源性的關(guān)系比較大，時(shí)間比較短或者跟體位有關(guān)系，可能就是耳石癥的，但是如果出現(xiàn)眩暈特別嚴(yán)重，還是要排除一下有沒有腦部危險(xiǎn)性疾病的這種因素。當(dāng)排除了這些以后，到耳鼻喉科及時(shí)的就診，進(jìn)行前庭功能實(shí)驗(yàn)，還有體位實(shí)驗(yàn)，翻身實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)判斷是不是耳石癥。
