嬰兒發(fā)燒在臨床上十分常見。正常嬰兒的腋表溫度為36度到37度，如果腋表溫度超過37度4，認(rèn)為是發(fā)燒。發(fā)熱是身體對抗病原體的一種保護(hù)性的反應(yīng)，也是人體正在發(fā)動免疫系統(tǒng)抵抗感染的過程。嬰兒的體溫升高不一定是病理性的，也可能由于氣溫的變化、飲食、哭鬧、衣被的薄厚等因素有關(guān)。
嬰兒發(fā)熱后，應(yīng)該注意患兒的精神狀況，如果精神狀態(tài)較差，最好及時就診，如果精神狀態(tài)和食欲比較好，可以暫時觀察，盡量多喝水，如果長時間不退燒，要及時就診。發(fā)熱的原因很多，有感染性和非感染性因素，感染性包括細(xì)菌、病毒、支原體感染等，其中最常見的感染就是病毒感染。非感染性的發(fā)熱，包括風(fēng)濕性疾病、產(chǎn)熱過多或散熱減少、自主神經(jīng)功能紊亂等。
