骨關(guān)節(jié)炎很難治好，早期一度損傷的時候可以治好。
骨關(guān)節(jié)炎是一個老化和退化的改變，根本的問題是軟骨的退變、軟骨的磨損，軟骨磨損以后，關(guān)節(jié)表面不平滑，就會把半月板給磨破。半月板磨破以后，關(guān)節(jié)更加的不平整，每走一步都會產(chǎn)生摩擦，會產(chǎn)生炎癥，關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)，周圍會長出些骨刺，這些骨刺如果長在礙事的地方，會更進一步的加重磨損。
只有在一度損傷的時候，是可逆的，可以治好。但是如果比一度損傷嚴(yán)重時，則不可逆，只能用潤滑劑讓其退化的慢一點，或者嚴(yán)重的患者可以通過做關(guān)節(jié)置換的治療。骨關(guān)節(jié)炎，很難治好，但是通過保養(yǎng)和相應(yīng)的治療，也能夠達(dá)到很好的緩解癥狀的效果。
